Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage on-site 3PL warehouse operations and serve as the primary Baxter liaison with the 3PL partner. You will optimize workflows, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive improvement initiatives to support service levels and profitability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Logistics or similar.
• 5–7 years related experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong business acumen, KPI knowledge, and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite operations with 3PL management to ensure service levels.
• Develop and implement 3PL management processes supporting fulfillment and business objectives.
• Maintain and improve relationships with 3PL to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with order management, sales, product managers, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews.
• Adhere to safety, environmental SOPs and policies.
