Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Supply Tech 3 to support the Supply Chain department. The role involves inspecting, packaging, tracking, handling, storage and distribution of all supplies, with back-up coverage for the Supervisor when needed.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of supply chain experience, a Florida driver license, and strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including proficiency with ERP and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Supply Chain experience for a minimum of 3 years and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Coordinate and assure completion of all departmental services by providing leadership to the staff.
• Must be highly motivated with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills along with advanced mathematical and computer skills, including the use of business analytics, ERP and other technology platforms.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and also as a cohesive unit within a team all while performing job duties in a high paced healthcare environment.

• Responsible for technical functions in Supply Chain, including inspecting, packaging, tracking, handling, storage, and distribution.
• Assist Supervisor with training and daily operations, acting as back-up when needed.
