  9. Deliver work in accordance with standards set by the Technical Centre of Excellence.
  10. Work with the Technical Centre of Excellence to improve practices and share knowledge.
  11. Manage external contacts like contractors and regulatory bodies.
  12. Promote a safe and environmentally responsible work culture, considering HSSE risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Engineering degree required; master's preferred, with PE licensure advantageous.
  2. At least 5 years of direct experience in project engineering within onshore wind.
  3. Experience with utility-scale and behind-the-meter wind projects, and knowledge of hydrogen tech is a plus.
  4. Experience with developers, turbine OEMs, or EPCs is beneficial.
  5. Understanding of project value drivers and ability to enhance competitiveness safely and with quality.
  6. Knowledge of the US Renewables Market is advantageous.
  7. Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 15% to project sites.
