Job summary

Aggne is seeking a Duck Creek Architect to lead the design and delivery of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space. The role focuses on shaping the technical roadmap, ensuring scalable architectures, and aligning with business value across Transformation and new implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing, knowledge of rating and forms, and strong Azure/cloud SaaS capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Duck Creek architecture and P&C insurance experience.
• Deep knowledge of Duck Creek Policy/Billing and related modules.
• Azure cloud and SaaS architecture experience is a plus.
• Ability to design scalable, governed enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with Duck Creek 7.X and V8, Anywhere API, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Duck Creek architecture, roadmaps, and governance across Transformation and New implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead engineering teams, ensure integration, performance, and security of the Duck Creek platform.
• Stay current with Duck Creek product roadmap, policy workflows, and regulatory considerations.
• Guide implementation teams and measure delivery against business value.
