Job summary

Aggne is seeking a Senior Duck Creek Solution Architect to lead end-to-end insurance solutions in Tampa, FL, leveraging Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims and Insights. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure seamless integration with legacy systems and cloud platforms, and produce comprehensive design artifacts.

The role requires deep Duck Creek expertise, experience with OnDemand SaaS, and strong collaboration with analysts, owners, and clients to translate requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• Strong experience architecting Duck Creek insurance solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights).
• Proficiency with Duck Creek Author, Forms, Skins, and Expression Builder.
• Cloud-based implementations and SaaS (Duck Creek OnDemand).
• REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, and middleware integration knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Duck Creek solutions tailored to client needs and industry best practices.
• Define architecture strategies and roadmaps; ensure integration with legacy systems, third-party apps and cloud platforms.
• Create detailed technical documentation including design specs, data models and architecture diagrams.
• Provide guidance to development teams on Duck Creek implementations (config, integration, customization).
• Ensure architectural alignment across Policy, Billing, Claims and Insights modules; troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish development standards, security guidelines and compliance protocols.
• Stay updated with Duck Creek product updates and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in architecting and delivering P&C insurance solutions using Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, and other modules.
• Deep understanding of Duck Creek Suite including Policy Admin, Billing, Claims, and Insights modules.
• Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Forms, Skins and Expression Builder.
• Knowledge of cloud-based implementations and SaaS solutions (Duck Creek OnDemand preferred).
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and infrastructure specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing recommendations on Duck Creek best practices and emerging capabilities.

Governance and Compliance

• Establish and enforce development standards, security guidelines, and compliance protocols.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide input on code quality, system performance and risk mitigation.

Technology Innovation

• Stay up to date with Duck Creek product updates, enhancements, and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks and technologies to enhance solution efficiency and maintainability.
