Job Title: Duck Creek Policy Solution Architect

Shift/Hours/Days: Hybrid, onsite three days per week in Morristown, New Jersey

Client Profile

Our client is a large organization supporting enterprise technology initiatives within the property and casualty insurance space. This direct hire opportunity will focus on the architecture and delivery of Duck Creek Policy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Duck Creek Policy implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Duck Creek Policy platform.
• Provide architectural direction to developers, business analysts, and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for Duck Creek Policy configuration and related components.
• Support technical design reviews, implementation planning, issue resolution, and solution validation.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure solutions align with property and casualty insurance processes and requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive professional experience with Duck Creek Policy.
• Strong experience architecting or leading the technical design of Duck Creek Policy solutions.
• Deep knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes and policy administration systems.
• Approximately 15 or more years of overall technology experience preferred.
• Experience with Duck Creek Policy configuration, integrations, and enterprise solution design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work onsite in Morristown three days per week.
• Hybrid schedule with three days onsite each week in Morristown, New Jersey.
