Job summary

Driveway Valet at Walnut Creek Subaru Hub is an entry level role supporting online vehicle acquisitions. You will coordinate pickups, educate customers on the process, and maintain documentation while traveling to local locations for vehicle acquisitions.

Competitive pay ranges from $19.25 to $28.85 per hour with anticipated hiring at $21.00 to $24.00 depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered by Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Entry level; regular travel to local locations will be required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of vehicles and automotive products helps with assessments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online vehicle acquisition sales via an online portal.
• Maintain customer appointment calendar and communications with team.
• Educate customers on process and educate about routes to purchase.
• Maintain marketplace reports and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer experience while inspecting vehicles.
• Execute acquisition paperwork and notary processes as needed.
• Travel to designated local locations for pickups and acquisitions.
• Participate in training to stay up-to-date on all Brand products.
