The consultancy spans 20–25 days, focusing on material adaptation, interactive online formats, and sharing innovative tools for effective virtual trainings and capacity building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing online training materials and proven online training expertise.
• Experience in online training materials development and implementation.
• Experience overseeing trainings and modules development.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Senior Country Program Manager for Ghana and other senior staff.
• Develop a better virtual adaptation of training material for online access and engagement.
• Create online training presentations that are comprehensive yet concise.
• Share innovative tools and methods to improve online trainings.
