Job summary

MSF International seeks a Content Creation Consultant to develop learning materials for the Access 101 Tembo course and related activities. You will translate curriculum recommendations into engaging, learner-centered resources for diverse MSF audiences.

The consultancy runs from December 2026 to May/June 2027, is home-based, and reports to the MSF Access Internal Communications Officer. You will coordinate external content production and ensure alignment with adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience creating learning materials for diverse audiences (e-learning, publications, or digital content).
• Strong writing, editing, and content structuring abilities for clear learning resources.
• Experience working with subject-matter experts and incorporating feedback into content.
• Experience coordinating external contributors (designers, illustrators, multimedia developers).
