Free the Slaves is seeking a Technical Consultant to enhance their online training modules for community liberation. The consultant will work with the leadership team to develop and implement improved training materials for virtual access and engagement.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in online training development and strong communication skills. This consultancy is expected to last between 20 to 25 days and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in community training initiatives.
Consultancy Overview
Free the Slaves has developed three training modules—Module 1 – Educating and Mobilizing Vulnerable Communities, Module 2 – Survivor Liberation, Care and Reintegration, and Module 3 – Rule of Law—and is in the process of completing a fourth module, Ensuring Access to Essential Social and Economic Services. As part of its new strategic direction, FTS is shifting its training and capacity building work to an online platform. The online version of the modules has been developed, but challenges remain in execution, including uncoordinated content sequencing and unrealistically long sessions. The technical consultant will play a critical role in designing the online version of the FTS community liberation modules (toolkit) and supporting FTS in expanding its online work and strategy.
The technical consultant will work closely with the leadership and selected programmatic staff of Free the Slaves.
Task of Consultant
FTS anticipates that this consultancy will last 20 days minimum and 25 days maximum.
