Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) seeks an Online Curriculum Design Consultant to create a complete, practice-based training course on dialogue under pressure for multi-track engagement with armed actors and authorities. The role is remote, home-based, from 1 November to 31 December 2026, with a workload of 20 working days.

The consultant will deliver a digitalisation-ready curriculum, including architecture, modules, scenario exercises and assessments, ready for online hosting on the UCP Academy

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree required.
• 5+ years designing adult learning curricula.
• Experience with online or blended delivery.
• Proven ability to translate field practice into learning content.

Aufgaben

• Inception review of NP guidance and tools.
• Map training landscape and provide analysis.
• Consult NP field teams for content validation.
• Design course architecture: modules, objectives, timing.
• Develop module content covering key topics.
• Design assessments and learner engagement elements.
