Vistage Worldwide Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking an Online Support Representative to join the IT Operations team. You will support multiple online platforms, including private membership portals, mobile apps, events, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of online support experience.
• Experience supporting online platforms including mobile apps.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding user technical support and customer service for our online platforms and related services, including mobile apps.
• Respond promptly to questions and issues via phone, e-mails, online chats, and questions posted on the member website.
• Consult with others to research and provide answers to questions and issues.
• Provide end-user support training to increase user adoption of My Vistage and Chair App.
• Work after hours as part of an on-call rotation.
• Run remote screen share sessions to capture and document issues.
• Become an expert with all supported systems and updates.
