Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries across programs and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Support scheduling and communications for sessions and webinars.
• Onboard members and Chairs onto platforms and provide resource guidance.
• Track usage, engagement metrics, and identify trends for improvements.
• Draft content and coordinate communications for the community.
• Assist in gathering feedback to drive program enhancements.
