Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in education-related field preferred.
• Ability to use PC and Mac systems to perform daily tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with others.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate student services, retention and degree completion.
• Ability to work independently while functioning within a collaborative environment.
• Assist students in setting short/long term goals and follow up.
• Monitor academic progress, engagement and student well-being and intervene when at risk.
• Refer and connect students to appropriate university resources.
• Respond to emails and callbacks within 24 business hours, ideally same day.
• Provide customer service and support for new and matriculated students.
• Assist with special projects and temporary duties as assigned by Director.
• Other duties as assigned.
