Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage online adult/graduate students to support goals from onboarding to graduation.
• Collaborate with registrars, Financial Aid, and academic departments to assist students.
• Monitor progress and intervene when at-risk students are identified.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and connect students to university resources.
