Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and drive ShopGoodwill revenue performance and targets.
• Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and report sales/progress.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed across operations.
• Maximize efficiency in production, sales, and donations processing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage online sales and shipping processes with partners.
• Oversee front-end website experience, pricing, and merchandising.
