Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in E-Commerce management with Goodwill or related retail experience.
• Jewelry knowledge or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all E-Commerce operations for GSFB and affiliates.
• Mentor and train E-Commerce Assistant Managers.
• Maximize revenue and margin from donated goods via online sales.
• Oversee security procedures and loss prevention.
• Analyze sales and expense reports to improve margin.
• Manage department budget and staffing.
