Job summary

Learning Network is seeking dedicated educators to support online learners across the United States. This student‑facing, relationship‑driven role requires proactive outreach via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email, guiding students through a structured curriculum while maintaining a strong focus on engagement and outcomes.

You will monitor progress, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with teams to ensure student success. A teaching background and passion for education are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program.
• Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as may be assigned (required).
• 3+ years teaching experience (preferred).
• 2+ years online teaching experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build daily connections that keep students motivated and seen.
• Guide learners through the curriculum with clarity and passion.
• Monitor engagement and progress; spot struggling students early and launch timely interventions.
• Deliver prompt, high‑quality grading and meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to amplify student success.
• Lead live sessions when called upon and assist with proctoring testing.
