Learning Network is seeking a dedicated student-facing professional to engage with learners via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email while guiding them through a structured curriculum.

You will monitor progress, provide proactive support, and deliver timely feedback to help students stay on track for graduation and success beyond high school. This role emphasizes white-glove service and high accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program are required.
• Ability to obtain certifications in multiple states as assigned is required.
• 3+ years of teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build daily connections to keep students motivated and engaged.
• Guide learners through the curriculum with clarity and passion.
• Monitor engagement and progress, providing timely interventions.
• Deliver grading and meaningful feedback that supports growth.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and interventions.
