Job summary

Learning Network is seeking dedicated educators to engage students online, guide their progress through a structured curriculum, and provide proactive, feedback-rich support. The role emphasizes daily multi-channel outreach, responsive grading, and maintaining thorough progress records.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, teaching certification, and the ability to obtain state credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program.
• Ability to obtain certifications in multiple states as required.
• 3+ years teaching experience (preferred).
• 2+ years online teaching experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students daily through multiple channels to support progress.
• Guide learners with clarity and varied explanations to ensure mastery of material.
• Monitor engagement and provide timely interventions to maintain momentum.
• Provide prompt, high-quality grading and actionable feedback.
• Keep accurate records of progress and interventions.
