Job summary

Learning Network is seeking a dedicated educator to serve as a consistent, guiding presence for students through proactive outreach and personalized support. The role delivers white-glove, real-time assistance via phone, chat, Zoom, and email, while building lasting connections that keep students motivated.

Core duties include monitoring progress, spotting disengagement early, and launching timely interventions, plus providing prompt grading and meaningful feedback to build confidence.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's or Master's in Education and teacher certification.
• 3+ years teaching and 2+ years online teaching preferred.
• Must obtain AZ, CO, WA certifications and pass background checks.
