Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. at Cub Foods Monticello is seeking a part-time shopper to assist customers and fulfill orders, ensuring the best picks in produce, meat and dairy.

You will shop customers’ orders for car delivery or pickup, help maintain a clean, safe store, and work with a dedicated team on daily tasks. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, varied weekend hours, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with customers and provide helpful service.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting customers with orders.
• Willingness to work varied hours on Sundays through Saturdays.
• Team player who helps keep the store clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars or prepare for pickup.
• Ensure customers get the best produce, meat and dairy products available.

Location: Cub Foods Monticello

Reports to: Online Shopper Lead / Head CSM

Classification: Part Time Union

Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Position functions and physical requirements may vary between locations.

Frequent:

Physical:

• lifting/carrying to 50lbs.
• pushing/pulling to 20 force lbs.
• reaching, standing, and turning

Equipment Operation:

• scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine

Mental:

• judgement/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing and math

Occasional:

• lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift
