Job summary

Jerry's Enterprises, Inc. is hiring in Minnesota for a customer-focused associate. Rate of pay is a progressive scale from $16.07 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with Sunday–Saturday varied hours.

You will ring up purchases accurately, assist customers, and help keep the store clean and safe. Ideal candidates enjoy working with a team, know about coupons and returns, and are motivated to grow their careers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and transactions.
• Familiarity with front-end store operations and coupons is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns; escalate to a manager when needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe store environment and organize shelves.
• Work with teammates to perform store tasks and ensure excellent service.
• Be punctual and committed to scheduled shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

**FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift

**OCCASIONAL:Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
