Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises is seeking a Part Time Union team member at Cub Foods Nicollet. Location: Cub Foods Nicollet. Reports to the Dairy-Frozen Foods Manager.

Overnight shifts from 10pm to 5am, with a progressive wage scale from $16.07 to $18.00 per hour based on experience. Duties include stocking, merchandising, and customer service with a focus on teamwork. Store perks include a discount, EAP, and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential to connect with shoppers.
• Ability to fill and rotate cases and displays, and assist with receiving products.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and maintain a clean, sanitary store.

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, overnight hours between 10pm and 5am

Position functions and physical responsibilities may vary by store location.

Frequent Physical

• lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
• pushing/pulling to 2000 force lbs. walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling
• repetitive motion: turning, bending

Equipment Operation

• forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system

• judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing basic computer skills

• extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
