Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Lead in Fort Myers, FL to handle online inquiries, provide product and financing information, and support the Internet Sales Manager with daily operations. This role blends frontline customer engagement with admin duties to ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities include updating customer records, coordinating marketing materials, and attending meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and support team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer inquiries and provide standard information to support the sales process.
• Enter, track, and update customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for distribution of materials and maintain product/community offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, events, and training programs.
• Assist ISM with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
