Lennar, a leading U.S. homebuilder, is seeking an Internet Sales Lead to support the sales pipeline by responding to internet inquiries and providing operational support to the Internet Sales Manager.

The role blends frontline customer engagement with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include handling online inquiries, updating product and community information, coordinating with Marketing for materials, and attending

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience; prior experience in a lead or senior role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and support team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement (approximately 80%): Respond to online customer inquiries and provide standard information to support the sales process.
• Communicate promptly and effectively through approved channels (email, live chat, phone, 1-800).
• Enter, track, and update customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Assist ISM with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination; attend key team meetings and capture notes.
