Rosen Hotels & Resorts seeks a proactive Internet Sales Agent in Orlando to manage online inquiries and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities. You will engage with internet-generated prospects, assess needs, and follow up via email and phone to support the sales process.

Responsibilities include directing online marketing efforts, qualifying leads, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records to boost bookings and revenue. Collaboration with the sales team is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation required.
• Previous experience in Hospitality, hotels, resorts, tourism, or travel-related industries preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to professionally communicate via email and telephone.
• Customer qualification and lead nurturing experience.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Data entry and documentation skills for maintaining customer databases and sales statistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet-based applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate online marketing efforts to promote the organization's products/services.
• Respond to internet-generated sales leads, effectively qualifying potential customers.
• Set appointments or follow-ups via email or telephone to nurture leads and drive sales.
• Document sales calls to update customer information on databases and compile statistics.
• Work closely with the sales staff to increase overall sales and achieve targets.
