Job summary

Rosen Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Clerical professional to support the Sales Managers and Directors at Rosen Inn International and Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. The role emphasizes handling leads, client follow-ups, and accurate reporting across Outlook, SCS, and HMS systems.

The position requires strong organization, reliable transportation between properties, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk, reservations or administrative work preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation between properties (Rosen Inn International & Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista).
• Must pass grammar and typing assessment with minimum 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers with administrative tasks including scheduling and organizing materials.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to secure new business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, leads, and client interactions via Outlook, SCS and HMS.
• Coordinate preparation of sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
