Megatel Homes, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to support New Home Sales Consultants with customer communication and information flow between customers, consultants, sales managers, and the corporate office.

The role emphasizes timely responses, problem solving, and maintaining product knowledge across Megatel's offerings. Typical shifts are weekend-based, with Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday options.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to recognize escalation situations and promptly report issues appropriate

Responsabilités

• Manage all calls from the general phone number, MLS #, and Megatel Website.
• Assist customers with inquiries and implement problem-solving plan as appropriate.
• Escalate any customer complaints to Sales Manager as deemed appropriate.
• Assign leads to Home Sales Consultants and monitor progress of those leads on a case-by-case basis.
• Assist in selling the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds quotas.
• Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
• Establish customer relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone, and e-mail follow-up.
• Displays knowledge of the company's product lines, subdivisions, and community facilities.
• Answers all prospective customers communications in a timely manner and work to implement case-by-case solutions.
• Assists Home Sales Consultants with customers as they select home sites, floor plans, and structural options

We are currently seeking an Online Sales Concierge for our corporate office in Dallas, Texas. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting New Home Sales Consultants with communication between customers and assure efficient and professional flow of information to and from New Home Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, the customer, and the Corporate Office.

As an Online Sales Concierge for Megatel Homes, you can expect:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Exercise judgment and discretion in managing all phone calls from the general phone number, MLS # and Megatel Website
• Assist customers with inquires and implement problem solving plan as is appropriate
• Escalate any Customer complaints to Sales Manager as deemed appropriate
• Assign leads to Home Sales Consultants and monitor progress of those leads on a case-by -case basis, including taking actions when judged necessary, including reassigning lead.
• Assist in selling the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas
• Understands and utilizes all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies
• Establishes customer relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone, and e-mail follow-up based upon individualized monitoring.
• Displays a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines, subdivisions, and relative community facilities
• Answers all prospective customers communication in a timely manner and work to implement case-by-case-solutions.
• Assists Home Sales Consultants with customers as they select home sites, house plans, and structural options

The Online Sales Concierge schedule will either be Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday, 9 AM to 7 PM. All Sales Concierge members are required to work Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday of every week.
