Megatel Homes in Dallas, TX seeks a New Home Sales Consultant to drive the sale and closure of new single‑family homes. You will coordinate all steps of the home buying process and deliver an outstanding customer experience, meeting quotas through proactive outreach and in-house marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and meet or exceed quotas.
• Learn, master and utilize company forms, reports, contracts and policies.
• Establish partnerships with local real estate agents and brokerages through marketing and follow-up.
• Attend real estate networking functions and host real estate events.
• Become an expert on product lines and community facilities; greet and tour prospective customers; present features and benefits.
• Keep model home site well maintained and presentation-ready per company standards.
