Megatel Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant in the Dallas field to drive sales of single-family homes and close transactions in assigned communities. This full-time role focuses on coordinating the home buying process and delivering a superior customer experience.

The position requires weekend/evening hours with a 100% commission-based earning structure. The team provides in-house marketing support, training, and strong growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding homebuilder.

Responsibilities

• Sell Megatel Homes products to meet or exceed quotas.
• Learn and use company forms, procedures, contracts, and policies.
• Establish partnerships with real estate agents and brokerages.
• Support from marketing team and attend networking events.
• Greet and tour customers, understand needs, and highlight home features.
• Keep model home presentable per company standards.
