Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through enrollment requirements and policies.
• Answer questions and provide detailed information about programs and services.
• Ensure applications are complete with supporting materials.
• Enter, update, and review enrollment data.
• Communicate with applicants via email, text, and phone campaigns.
• Manage enrollments and withdrawals.
• Assist with financial aid information and billing.
• Participate in recruitment events and campus tours.
• Territory management and reporting on prospects, applicants, and enrolled students.
• Develop relationships with high school counselors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain student records and enrollment information.
• Travel as required; flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
