Festival Foods in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Online Personal Shopper for our Click N Go service. You will select quality groceries, stage orders, and communicate substitutions while ensuring a friendly guest experience.

The role requires independence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers both in-store and online. A liquor license is preferred or willingness to obtain one, with varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness in mind.
• Offer substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load orders, provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, in-store and online.
• Support team by taking on additional duties after fulfilling orders.
• Maintain regular attendance and provide adequate notice for absences.
