Festival Foods in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an Online Personal Shopper for our Click N Go program. This part-time role focuses on selecting high-quality groceries, organizing orders, and providing friendly guest service for online orders picked for pickup.

You’ll work independently, handle substitutions when needed, and help keep the online shopping area clean and efficient. The schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude—guest service is at the heart of what we do!
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests following notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
