Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking an Online Personal Shopper in Eau Claire for a part-time role. You will pick fresh groceries, organize orders for pickup, and assist guests with substitutions and inquiries, ensuring excellent service.

You’ll work in a friendly environment, using online ordering platforms, and participate in keeping the Online Grocery area tidy. Prior guest service experience is valued, and a valid liquor license may be required or pursued.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Friendly, guest-focused attitude.
Ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Willingness to obtain liquor license.

Responsibilities

Select products for Online Grocery guests following notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness in mind.
Offer substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Other duties as assigned.
