Festival Foods in Verona, WI is seeking an Online Personal Shopper for our Click N Go service. This part-time role ensures guests receive fresh groceries, carefully selected and ready for pickup, while you work independently.

You’ll greet guests, handle substitutions, organize orders, and assist with in-store and online inquiries. A flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly and helpful guest service attitude.
• Computer skills to navigate online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• Valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.
