Festival Foods in Wisconsin is seeking an Online Personal Shopper to join our Click N Go team. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to pick fresh groceries and prepare orders for pickup, ensuring guests receive quality products.

You’ll work independently, handle substitutions thoughtfully, and provide friendly service in-store and online. The position requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to adapt to changing tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A friendly and helpful attitude - guest service is at the heart of what we do!
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
• A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Other duties as assigned.
