Festival Foods in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Online Personal Shopper to support our Click N Go service. You will select items, prep and stage orders, and assist guests with in-store and online inquiries.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, friendly team support, and opportunities to grow in a busy retail environment. You should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable using online ordering platforms; a liquor license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly, helpful attitude focused on guest service.
• Proficiency with computers and online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks during shifts.
• Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for online guests following notes.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently with freshness in mind.
• Offer substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests, load orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized online grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
• Support team by covering additional roles as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and notify for absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
