The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) seeks qualified nursing faculty to teach leadership and management courses online and on campus at the UCF Lake Nona campus. Rank will be determined by credentials and experience, starting Fall 2027.

The selected candidates will collaborate with colleagues, remain actively involved in professional organizations, and participate in College of Nursing faculty governance.

Formación

• Doctorate in nursing or a health-related field from an accredited institution.
• Graduate degree in nursing (MSN or higher).
• Unencumbered RN license; Florida licensure expected by hire date.
• Documented teaching experience (online, hybrid, and/or classroom).

Responsabilidades

• Teach online MSN-Leadership and Management, DNP-Executive, and other courses as assigned.
• Plan, organize, and deliver instruction that supports student learning.
• Collaborate to plan, develop, and improve courses and curricula.
• Advise and mentor students and support faculty as appropriate to rank.
• Participate in department, college, and university service.
