Rank is determined by credentials and experience, involving collaboration with colleagues, participation in governance, and ongoing involvement with professional organizations.

Competenze

• MSN from an accredited institution.
• Unencumbered RN license; Florida licensure expected by hire date.
• Two years inpatient clinical experience in pediatric, adult/geriatric, critical care, families, women’s health, or psychiatric/mental health.
• Undergraduate/graduate teaching experience in relevant areas within past 3 years.
• CPR/BLS certification by date of hire.

Mansioni

• Teach direct clinical portions of courses in inpatient units across age groups and specialties.
• Lead on-campus labs and simulations with mentorship.
• Teach didactic courses in pediatric, adult, family, or psychiatric areas as qualified.
• Plan, organize, and deliver instruction to promote student success.
• Advise, mentor, and role model professionalism to students and early career faculty.
