Job summary

The Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan is seeking a Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator for the Online MPA program in Ann Arbor. You will be the main point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through exploration, application, and enrollment steps.

You will manage outreach, events, webinars, and admissions processes in Salesforce, collaborate across teams, and help plan two in-person residency weekends each year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with direct interaction with prospective students or the public
• Strong communication in one-on-one and group settings
• Experience building relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and deadlines across teams
• Experience using a CRM to track contacts and progress

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective and admitted students
• Guide applicants through exploration and the application process
• Represent the Online MPA at webinars and events
• Coordinate admissions operations and records in Salesforce
• Use enrollment data to improve the outreach and experience
• Plan recruitment outreach with marketing for campaigns
• Develop and manage email campaigns for various audiences
• Maintain recruitment materials and webpages
• Plan in-person residency weekends in Ann Arbor
• Collaborate with program staff on onboarding and orientation
• Support scholarship review and financial aid coordination
