Job summary

The AI Education Project (aiEDU) is a growing nonprofit focused on AI literacy for students, especially those disproportionately affected by AI and automation. We are seeking a part-time Facilitator, Programs to build partnerships with school districts and education agencies across the U.S.

You will coordinate with internal teams, deliver professional development, and tailor services to district needs. Remote, up to 20 hours/week, $75/hr, September 2026 start, with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Significant years of experience in education and/or education technology.
• Experience working at a school district or education agency.
• Ability to build relationships with educators at all levels.
• Knowledge of AI readiness in schools or state entities.
• Ability to facilitate adult learning and translate concepts to practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Senior-level relationships with partners to deliver AI readiness strategies.
• Lead partnership services including professional development trainings and communities of practice.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead data collection and reporting for partnerships and funder reporting.
