Job summary

Boston University is seeking a Director of OMBA Learning Experience for the Questrom School of Business. The role leads the Learning Facilitator teams and shapes a student-centered support strategy across all OMBA modules in partnership with program leadership, ensuring policy adoption and technology utilization.

The candidate will guide LF leads, oversee module updates, train staff, and monitor performance through data-driven reports to continuously improve student outcomes in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in related roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Experience teaching online programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends.
• Commitment to diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Lead Learning Facilitators and teams.
• Lead module revision processes and platform updates with BU stakeholders.
• Develop and implement LF training materials and protocols.
• Oversee pre-launch processes each semester with the OMBA team.
• Manage grade escalations and grievances with OMBA faculty and leadership.
• Lead bi-weekly delivery status meetings with LF teams, Course Operations, and EdTech.
• Project manage module updates spanning multiple modules.
• Drive adoption of new rollouts across the LF team.
• Analyze institutional data to monitor Online MBA program status and student learning.
• Prepare reports on LF advising efforts for program improvement.
