Job summary

Dream Finders Homes, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to generate leads through compelling website content and to follow up on inquiries. You will convert leads to appointments and then to sales, leveraging strong communication and sales skills.

You will build realtor relations, respond quickly to inquiries, support marketing initiatives, and meet monthly lead-to-appointment conversion targets in a professional office setting in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience, preferably online or internet marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of residential homebuilding or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining realtor relations and promoting Dream Finders Homes.
• Responding to phone and internet inquiries; converting leads to appointments.
• Providing administrative support to marketing and promotions teams.
• Meeting monthly lead-to-appointment conversion goals.
