Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union is seeking an ITM Teller in Tampa to provide real-time member support via Interactive Teller Machines. You will handle deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while ensuring accuracy and security. The role emphasizes on-camera professionalism and customer service excellence.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday training schedule and potential to work from home after 4–6 months of proficiency. Evening and weekend coverage may be required during regular shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling member information.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals for members.
• Verify endorsements and IDs per policy and procedure.
• Use multiple software systems concurrently to complete transactions.
• Provide courteous, professional service and ensure transaction validity.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and daily reconciliations.
• Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements; protect member information.
• Promote bank products and services to support members’ financial lives.
