Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union in Tampa is seeking an ITM Teller to provide real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). You will handle deposits, payments, transfers, and inquiries while remaining professional on camera.

The starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a regular schedule Monday through Friday, plus weekend coverage. After 4–6 months of proficient performance, partial work-from-home options may be available; strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Obtain endorsements and identifications per policy.
• Use multiple software systems concurrently to complete transactions.
• Provide professional, courteous service while ensuring transaction validity.
• Perform end-of-day balancing.
• Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Promote Suncoast products to enhance members' financial lives.
• Attend educational events to grow knowledge.
• Complete BSA/AML and Red Flag training.
• Complete FACT Act training.
