We are currently seeking a full-time Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Teller to join our dynamic team.

POSITION PURPOSE

Assist members with basic teller transactions as well as complex requests through effective, accurate, and professional Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions. The ITM Teller will assist members and potential members with their requests, explain services and respond to problems in a fast-paced environment. Assist members with questions and concerns ranging from basic to complex levels involving products and services. Support the Credit Union in its policies and procedures. Respond to problems and concerns with a sense of urgency in order to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the member and the Credit Union.

Pay Range

• Our ideal candidate will make $20.48 to $21.61 for this role.

Education

• High school degree or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum one (1) year of financial institution experience handling teller transactions required.
• Experience communicating via virtual technology preferred.

All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

Requirements

• Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:0 a.m.–6:15p.m. with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–12:45pm. Number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs.
• Ability to make personal connections, engage with and educate members, ask open-ended questions and use active listening skills to establish trust and build lasting member relationships.
• Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
• Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
