We are not looking for agents who are desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads, or require hand-holding at every step. We focus on high-end insurance products and work with motivated, coachable agents who follow our proven system.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual sales (telephone and Zoom), targeting high-ticket sales rather than traditional low-premium policies.
Average agents spend $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more motivated agents.
