We are not looking for agents who are desperate to make money, cannot buy their own leads, or need hand-holding at every step. We seek experienced agents who are coachable, confident, and ready to follow a proven system.
Who We Are Looking For:
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate differently from traditional life insurance companies, focusing on high-value policies via virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
