We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed salespeople who are independent and driven to succeed without hand-holding.

Who We Are Not Looking For

• Agents desperate to make money and unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance and support
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products like indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We operate differently from traditional life insurance companies, focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, serving clients across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
